Named for a market cart.
A small espresso bar on a corner of the Tsukiji outer market. The name comes from the turret truck — the little three-wheeled cart that hauls fish through the market from before dawn.
Opened in 2013. The owner, who trained as a barista at Starbucks Japan, pours one cup at a time at a standing counter. A strong shot of espresso, soft creamy milk — that is the Turret Latte.
