The latte that pours Tsukiji's mornings.
An espresso bar on a corner of the Tsukiji outer market. The name comes from the turret truck — the little three-wheeled cart that hauls fish through the market at dawn. A strong, creamy latte, poured at a standing counter.
Opened in 2013. The owner, who trained as a barista at Starbucks Japan, has poured one cup at a time on this Tsukiji corner ever since.
